Request your free 3D model
If you have planning drawings, approved or in progress, we turn them into a simplified 3D model with an indicative estimate. You see the space and the likely budget before you decide on the next step.
Free 3D model and estimate. Site visit and discussion. No obligation.
Have these to hand
What we ask for
- Planning decision notice, if you have it
- Planning drawings from your architect
- Building regulations drawings, if you have them
- Structural calculations, if you have them
PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 10 files: 25 MB each and 75 MB in total. Please export CAD drawings (DWG or DXF) as PDF. You can add your files in step 3.
Your request
Five short steps.
Tell us about yourself (your name, email, phone number and the property postcode) and your planning, add your drawings, then review and send. You can go back to any step before you send.
What happens next
From your drawings to a model you can explore.
Each step builds on the one before. You decide whether to go further at every stage.
01
We check your documents
We read the decision notice and drawings, and confirm we have what we need. If anything is missing, we ask. We reply within 3 to 5 days.
02
We build the model
We prepare a simplified 3D model and an indicative estimate, with its assumptions and exclusions. It is not a quotation and not a guaranteed price.
03
We send you a link
You receive a private link to view your model and the estimate, on your phone or computer, in your own time.
04
Site visit and discussion
If you would like to go further, we visit the property to see the conditions for ourselves and talk through what the drawings need to resolve, the likely scope and the questions to settle before pricing.
The estimate is indicative. It sets out assumptions and exclusions and is not a guaranteed price.
Before you begin
A few useful clarifications.
Do I need planning permission first?
Start with the drawings you have. The estimate does not confirm planning permission or building regulations approval.
Read our guide: do you need planning permission for an extension?
Is the estimate a quotation?
No. An indicative budget sets out a range, assumptions and exclusions. An itemised quotation needs an agreed scope and specification.
What if I do not have drawings?
Our project budget guide is a useful starting point. Describe what you want to change, and the team can discuss the next step.
