Our name on the door.
Accountability throughout.
THECOMPANYS Design & Build is a North London contractor delivering extensions, loft conversions, structural alterations and refurbishments for homeowners and architects.

Who we are
Built on accountability.
We are led by our director, who is personally involved in every project from the first conversation to handover. Our site team works with us on every job, so the people who price your project are the people who build it.
We work across North London and the surrounding areas. We are members of the Federation of Master Builders and are TrustMark registered.
